We require at least 24 hour notification of a cancellation. This enables us to offer your appointment time to another patient who needs to be seen. Cancellation notifications can be performed by phone or on the portal. Please be advised that if you do not provide 24 hour notice, a late fee of $100 will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before other appointments can be scheduled or prescription refills can be provided.
